~ YOUR BOAR’S HEAD FESTIVAL EXPERIENCE ~

We have discovered several things that would enable all of us to appreciate more fully the joy and meaning of the
Boar’s Head experience.

+ PREPARATION FESTIVITIES +
PREPARATION FESTIVITIES in the SANCTUARY begin 45 minutes prior to the scheduled performance time on your ticket so plan to arrive early. Following each performance, you will find the smaller animals “grazing” in the Chapel, and a reception of cookies and wassail prepared for you in Asbury Hall, both located to the right of the Sanctuary. Please join us for additional festivities.

+ CHILDREN, AGES 4 and UNDER +
We have found that children, ages of 4 and under, are usually too young for the Boar’s Head Festival.  Please know or remember a mood is being set with many quiet and reverent moments. Children who are too young can become disruptive and rob you and others of the spirituality of the Festival.

+ NO AISLE SEATS FOR CHILDREN +
Children are not issued tickets on the aisle or in the front pew and we request that they not be seated there. For your safety and the safety of others, we ask that no one attempt to touch or pet the animals that are part of the procession.

+ CELL PHONES and OTHER DEVICES +
Please turn off your cell phone before attending the Festival, or better yet, leave it at home.  No other lighted electronic devices are permitted.  Better yet, leave them all at home!

+ CAMERAS and RECORDING EQUIPMENT +
NO CAMERAS or RECORDING EQUIPMENT are permitted during the performance. “Camcorders,” flash cameras, regular cameras, tape recorders, etc. all disrupt this Epiphany season presentation and violate copyright laws. We ask that you respect and honor this request.

+ NO TICKET REFUNDS or EXCHANGES +
Remember that with the purchase of this ticket, there is NO REFUND OR EXCHANGE. However, if you would like to return your ticket for possible resale and as a contribution to the church, we welcome you to do so by bringing it to the Festival Office at the church or calling the above number.

+ SNOW DATE INFORMATION +
In the unfortunate event that a performance must be canceled due to inclement weather, we have established snow dates.

The Festival will be canceled ONLY if
government agencies close major highways.

Your ticket will be valid ONLY for the corresponding snow date.
Please listen to area radio stations for cancellation notices.

Friday, January     12th – 7:30 PM ……………………………  Monday, January 15th – 7:30 PM

Saturday, January  13th – 3:30 PM ……………………………. Monday, January 15th – 7:30 PM

Saturday, January  13th – 7:30 PM ……………………………. Tuesday, January 16th – 7:30 PM

Sunday, January   14th – 3:30 PM …………………………….  Monday, January  15th – 7:30 PM

Sunday, January   14th – 7:30 PM …………………………….  Tuesday, January   16th – 7:30 PM

+INDIVIDUAL SEATING SIZE +
Individual seating space width in each pew is 17 and 1/2 inches per ticket holder.

+ SPECIAL NEEDS +
Trinity’s Sanctuary is HANDICAPPED ACCESSIBLE and limited spaces are available for wheelchairs and motorized chairs.
SPECIAL NEEDS MUST BE INDICATED ON THE TICKET FORM.

 + EAGER ARRIVALS +
We have one final request. Some folks are arriving too early, and we must prepare the Sanctuary and clean up after the animals have “visited.” Therefore, the doors will not be opened until one hour before the time stated on your ticket.

Does this seem like a lot to think about or remember?
We hope this will simply answer some of your questions and help you have an enjoyable experience with us.

We look forward to seeing you at Trinity Church for the

2018 BOAR’S HEAD FESTIVAL.
